NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB.

At a special meeting of the New Plymouth Club last evening, over which Mr. A. Goldwater presided, the motion carried at a previous meeting that the Club be registered under .the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908, was confirmed, and Messrs. Govett and Quilliam were instructed to arrange all necessary legal formalities.
