Received 29, 1 a.m. „ _ , London, October 28. The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent reports that Captain Chagin's girl friend induced him to admit that a cruel nihilist shot the Czarevitch. While the latter *was terrified and running aivay the Nihilist escaped and left Russia. The Times' St. Petersburg correspondent says that a widely-credited version of the Czarevitch's accident is that he struck his side against a bath tap. The rumours of a plot are baseless .
