THE HAWERA SHOW.

THE DOG CLASSES. The committee of tiu; Egmout A. & P. Association deserve praise for the manner in which they have catered for all classes and breeds of'dogs at their forthcoming show at ITaw'era on November 20 and 21. Several special prizes are offered, in addition to liberal prizemonejt, and all dogs exhibited will be well cared for and properly benched and fed. Many enthusiastic fanciers of the district will take charge of visiting dogs if required. This alone should influence owners outside Ilawera to enter as many of their dogs as possible, while the whole of' the dogs will be under the care of an experienced manager, -who has been appointed by the Association. A permanent, well-appointed building is provided for the 'dogs, and a competent caretaker is in attendance day and night. Schedules may be obtained from the secretary (Jin F. G. Treweck).
