AX EASY WAY TO REMOVE / SUPERFLUOUS HAIR. ] I'or tbo. l)oii'. !';t of our kdy readers > who suder fiiiiii (lie humiliating dis- \ flgtireriient of hair on face, lips or chin, I we imblish herewith a formula which lias the advantage of being simple and inexpensive, as well us marvellously effective. It is not claimed by our informant that one application will permanently destroy the hair roots, but it is claimed, and the claims are borne out by actual tests, that one application completely removes the hair, and its regular use, one or two days apart, will I quickly and permanently destroy the 1 hair root.itself. If you have hair which you wish permanently removed, ask your i ehemist to mix 4vi> drums pulverised sultliine concentrate with 2% drams zinc oxide, P.D., and 1 dram of powdered orris root, and put in a wide-mouth bottle. For use, mix a little of the powder : into a paste on a plate by adding a few drops of water. Apply with a narrow knife blade and remove at the end of two minutes with the back of the knife, when the dissolved hair will come with it. Repeat at intervals of two days. Each time the growth will be less, until it entirely disappears. A good nongreasy cream, such as Oeme To-Kalon, may be used after each application.
CATJTIOX.—This must not be used as a substitute for shaving, as its repeated use completely destroys the hair roots.— Advt.
