TERAWIIITI TO BE SOLD. ' The celebrated Terawhiti Station—McMenamen's—situated on the Coast, a very few mires from Wellington, is to be sold by public auction as a going concern on 27tli November next. This property comprises approximately .6092 acres of sheep-raising and pastoral land, well watered with homestead, farm buildings, landing places, wool and shearing sheds, and all farming accessories and machinery. The stock consists of some 6000 Ronvncy and balf-bred sheep, and 2240 lambs. There are also thirty-four head of cattle, and seven saddle and draught horses, now depasturing on the property.
