SUPREME COURT.
AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Own Correspondent. Auckland. Yesterday. In the Supreme Court. Leonard Lotter Long, with a lot of previous convictions, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, to be cumulative, on ten charges of forgery, uttering, theft and false pretences. He was declared an habitual criminal. Robert Henry TCcast, for indecent assault, two charges, was sentenced to four years on each charge, the sentences to be cumulative. Erancis Cunningham, aged 21, was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment for indecently assaulting a male person.
