SUMMARY AND FORECAST. 'By Telegraph.—Press Association. ! Wellington. Last Night. Summary.—Southerly winds have decreased and northerlies have already sprung up in many parts of the country. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Bain has fallen in many parts of the Dominion.. Temperatures are milder, and fair to cloudy weather now predominates. Forecast!— Present indications are for increasing ihaze and cloudiness, with rain following generally. Freshening northerly winds are probable generally, with a falling barometer everywhere for a westerly low pressure area, due to pats in the South about Monday.
