A dispute arose regarding the letters. He had no intention of shooting Koenig, but his trembling released the trigger. Three victims are dead. \ MANSLAUGHTER CASE. Received 12.30 a:m: Sydney, October 17. Casey was foiind guilty of manslaughter with a recommendation to mercy. Sentence was deferred. The doctor gave, evidence that but for mortification the wound would only have been a flosh one.
