ANGLICAN SYNOD.
RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION. By Telegraph—-Presa Association. Christchurch, Last Night At the Synod it was decided to request the Bishop to appoint a commission to go into the question of religious instruction in the diocese. A motion of sympathy was agreed to in connection with the death of Mr. T. S. Weston, who in past years was an active member of the Synod and an invaluable member of the Board of Church Property Trust, The proceedings have concluded.
