Attention is directed to the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910." whereby the franchise has been extended to include all those who have resided in New Zealand for one year, and have resided in one of the wards of the borough during the three months immediately preceding their applications, and are British subjects, either by birth or naturalisation in New Zealand.
