REJECTED POTATOES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, October 15. The .Manuka's consignment of New Zealand potatoes, in the opinion of inspectors, is affected by Irish blight. Out of 2300 bags, 1500 examined were all rejected. NERA-TAVIUNI COLLISION. Sydney, October 15. The Full Court's reserved judgment in the Nera-Taviuni collision case found that the Taviuni was to blame, thus reversing Mr. Justice Street's finding. RAIN IN VICTORIA. Melbourne, October 15. There have been general rains, and a good harvest is considered assured.
