He will leave on October 25 and tight on December 26. WELLS AND CARPENTIER. London, October 13. A purse of £2500 has been offered for a match between Bombardier Wells and Carpentier, to be fought at Leicester at the end of November. Other negotiations are proceeding for a fight in Paris.
