Last The Meteorological Office issued the following weather summary and forecast at 5 p.m.: Summary: The winds changed to .-southerly on Saturday in 1 most parts of the country, and unsettled • and squally weather with heavy showers prevailed, but an improvement took place on Sunday. The barometer has fallen in the south to-day, and westerly ■winds, strong to a gale, are now reported. . Forecast: Present indications arc for. cloudv and unsettled weather with rain in most parts of the country. The winds will probably back to north- '*' erlv, and increase in the north; and -westerlies in the south will probably - -veer by south to south-easterly, and prove strong and variable generally. •' The barometer wfll probably fall con- ' siderably in the north, and be unsteady j in the south.
