Received 10, 11.30 p.m. At the opening of the Imperial Trade Commission, Mr. Butler, chairman of the emigrants* information department, suggested that the Australian and New Zealand Governments should monthly cable showing what classes of labor were required and not required. At present statements were based on mailed reports.
