SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Ni?ht. The Meteorological Office issued the following weather summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary: Glondy and misty weather has been reported at times in most parts of the Dominion. The temperature has risen generally, with moderate to strong westerly winds. The barometer has been unsteady, but has shown a rising tendency. Forecast: Present indications are for strong westerly winds, backing to northerly and increasing everywhere, for a storm.area appears to be approaching from the west. The barometer is likely to fall fast everywhere soon. Increasing haze and cloudiness will probably be followed by rain in all parts of the Dominion.
