NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. A medal match for Mr. L. C. Simpson's prize was played yesterday. Following are the results:— Mrs. Haslam 11l 34 71 Miss Brewster 97 11' 86 Miss Glasgow 114 28 86 Miss Rimdle ; 113 24 89 Miss Whetter 127 36 91 Next Tuesday a bogey match will be played for Miss Reid's prize. On October 15 a pairs best balls bogey match will be played, the players to choose their own partners.

TARAHUA CLUB. An approaching and putting competition for ladies will take place on the Tarahua links on Saturday next, for a trophy given by Miss F. Putt.
