SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Pres» AstocUtioa. Wellington. Last Night. The meteorological office ha* issued the following eummary and forecast: — Weather summary: The barometer has risen everywhere with strong westerly and southerly winds. The weather has been cold and changeable. Forecast present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere shortly, the winds backing from southerly by west to northerly and moderate to strong in force. Fair to cloudy wpather is probable generally wtih passing showers and mistj in parte.
