VACANCY on the College Council having occurred, through the absence i from the Dominion of the Rev. W. A. Evans, a representative of the Certificated Teachers under the Education Act, an election to fill such vacancy will be held on THURSDAY, October 17, 1012, the poll closing at 5 o'clock p.m. Every candidate for election must be nominated in writing by one or more electors qualified to vote for his election, and the nomination is to bear the candidate's consent thereto.
