, We call attention to an advertisement in our columns, wherein it will be seen that tenders will close at noon on Friday, 27th iust., for the purchase of the -bakery and confectionery business (as a going concern) carried on by Mrs. Maindonaid. The property will carry practically a four years' lease, and situated thereon are commodious shop and tearooms, bake-house, and a detached fiveroomed dwelling with wash-house, etc., all in good order. The business is situated in the main business street of Hawera, and a good going concern is thus placed before those with the required capital. The town will be early "astir" this week (from Tuesday,on at any rate). The great attraction being the A.B. 22nd Annual Spring Show of Fashions.
