HOME RULE.
THE ULSTER COVENANT,
Bv Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, September 22. Sir E. Carson had* a great reception at Londonderry. He said that if anyone signing the Covenant went back or failed at a'critical moment, let him beware, lie would be his brother's betrayer and an ignoble, successor to Lundv, who advised the surrender of Londonderry to King -Tamos. There must be no compromise, but if the Government dropped the shadow the Unionists would help to pursue the substance of ensuring the completion of land purchase, improvement of education, development of agriculture, and the people's contentment and prosperity. ■•
