In a letter, dated August 10, to a.member of the advisory board in New Zealand, Earl Ranfurlv. chairman of the Taranaki (N.Z.) Oil Wells, Ltd., remarks: "Once get the refinery going and I think there will be little difficulty in getting more capital, if necessary, here." He adds that owing to the increased per-' rentage of wax in the oil to be refined, it had been found necessary to slightly increase the cost of the refinery. A tinning plant had also' been ordered. Concluding, he says: 'T fully expect that six months hence will see the stills working, though the wax plant may be a month later."
