NAPrEtt SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Own Correspondent. Napier, Last Night. Tlie Napier sittings of the Supreme Court were continued to-day before Justiec Edwards. Charles Eliison pleaded guilty to carnally knowing a girl under Iwclve. and will come up for sentence to-morrow morning. Tims. Stone, for forgen and theft at Wairoa. was sentenced to two years on each ofl'euee. sentences to he concurrent. Te W'uha Ahipere was sentenced to five years for carnal knowledge of a girl under sixteen. Ceorgo Henry llayward was found not gnilly of committing bigamy. Alfred Alexander Berry, churned with discharging a rille at Delia Martin at Wairoa. with intent to do grievous bodilv liana was acquitted.
