NORTH SEA REVIEW. By Cable—Press As«ooiation —Copvricht. Berlin, September 17. The Kaiser reviewed, between Wilhelinshaven and Heligoland, 118 ships, carrying 32,000 men, and 200 airships. The Hansa, carrying Count Zeppelin and sixteen passengers, circled about the fleet and exchanged salutes with the Kaiser's vessel. GERMAN' ANXIETY. Berlin, September 17. The present visit of British Dreadnoughts to Copenhagen and the early visit of the Russian fleet has roused an onslaught against an imaginary Anglo-Rnsso-Franco-Danish alliance.
