FLOODS IN VICTORIA
TWO HEX DROWNED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 16, 10.45 p.m. Melbourne. September 16. The Goulburn and Yea rivers are in high flood. Two men named Eslen and Downey were drowned while crossing a flooded creek at Taraloon through a buggy capsizing.
