Wheat—South Australian May and New South Wales April shipments are quoted at 40s 3d; New South Wales, off coast. 40s Cd. LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date September 11: Wheat—We li ave sold an Australian cargo at 30s fid c.i.f. The market is firm but inactive, owing to fine weather, and the United Kingdom outlook is encouraging. Oats—We quote Gartons 245. The market is good. Tallow—We quote present spot values for the following descriptions: Good mutton. 37s fid per cwt.: good beef, 35s i)d; mixed, 335. The market is firm.
