A well-rlressed man. claiming to be an insurance inspector, was allowed by a suburban postmaster to inspect the rear premises of the office. doing out later the postmaster discovered his visitor sketching the rear premises of the Commercial Bank branch next door. Tiio visitor mumbled an excuse and decamped. The police believe that his description tallies with that of a supposed sai.'breaker operating in the city.
