MAGISTRATE'S COURT.. .. (From Our Own Correspondent). There was a sitting of the Inglewood Magistrate's Court yesterday morning before Mr. Kenrick, S.M. Judgment for the plaintiff by default was given in the following undefended civil cases:—Thomas Drake v. Frank Hanright, £5 ss, with costs .£2 6s Gd; R. J. Hancock v. Peter Roguski, £7 Bs, costs 17s; same v. Joseph Roguski, claim £2 9s Dd, costs 6s; Matthews and Bennett v. Frank Belk., £2 Is 3d, costs £2 8s; same v. Win, Sudfeldt, £1 4s, costs ss; Thos. Drake v. Frank Lambert, £2l 12a lOd, costs £3 lis; W. H. Rudkin v. W. :H. Garmonsway, £9 12s 2d, costs £2 5s 6d. In a judgment summons case, Alfred E. McDonald was ordered to pay the sum of £8 Is 3d forthwith to W. H. Rudkin, or in default undergo seven days' imprisonment. Wm. Kinsella was ordered to pay £ls 9s 7d to Thomas Drake in instalments of 30s a month, or in default undergo seven days' imprisonment. WIFE CURED HUSBAND OF ASTHMA.
