HOME RULE.

AX APPEAL FOR HELP. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 10. 11.10 p.m. New York, September 10. Mr. Ryan, president of the United States Irish League, has received a letter from Mr. John Redmond. The latter states that the Home Rule battle is already won. The only embarrassment is the attitude of the people of Ulster. There is a strong belief that after Home Rule is accomplished the strong common sense of Ulster Irishmen will bring them rapidly into line. A two years' struggle against the House of Lords is yet to come, therefore there is great need for the support of Irishmen overseas. Mr. William Redmond has planned a tour of the United States in the party's interests.
