THE OTIRA TUNNEL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Monday. Sir Arthur Guinness <haa telegraphed to the Mayor of Greymouth .stating that he has lieon in constant communication with members of the Cabinet regarding the Otira Tunnel, and feels satisfied that there is no cause for taking any action to urge t'lie Government continuing the construction of the tunnel at the greatest possible speed should the contractors throw up their contract.
