P. L'orkill be requested to grant an easement over his section at the corner of Liardet and Gilbert street, west of Liardet street; that in the event of satisfactory arrangements being made for water supply to the Taranaki Oil Wells, Ltd., an eight-inch watermain be laid along the South road and Breakwater road as far as No. 2 petroleum borei; that the width of the footpath, in St. Aubyn street, from Morley street to Cutfleld road, be fixed at eight feet; that the application of the borough -engineer for -authority ito purchase a motor-car be referred to a committee consisting of His Worship the Mayor, Crs.
