It is alleged that Bulgaria, Servia and Greece seriously contemplate combined action against Turkey. DESTRUCTION OF TURKISH AUTHORITY. A SEW LEADER. Received 6, 11.40 p.m. Vienna, September 6. Although the dispersal of the Albanians has relieved the immediate pres•ure, it has resulted in the destruction of Turkish authority between Ipek and Mitrovitza. At the latter place Bolitinatz has established his authority. Heralds are scouring the country proclaiming his rule.
