A man named Casey has been committed for trial at Coonamble for murdering o_ neighbor named Korig. He invited Korig to his house, and accused him of writing letters to his wife. He did not accept a denial, but got a gun and gave King five minutes to get out. At the end of the time he fatally shot King.
