Replying to a Socialist interpellation, Herr Von Soded, the Bavarian Minister of the Interior, deprecated the dear food agitation against duties, which, he said, would lead to the collapse of Germany's economic life. The Government contemplated legislation to facilitate the importation of fresh meat.
