Ellis) at yesterday's'meeting of the Taranaki County Council. Moa riding: Rates: Main roads,, £3OIO, Mangorei road £199, Waiwakaiho road £303, Hospital road £6l; rents, £108; dog tax, £80; licenses, £2B; traffic levy, £SO; subsidy on rates, £325; sundries, £2O; total, £4BIO. Less share administration expenses, £4OO. Balance available for, expenditure, £'JSIG. Waitara riding:—Rates: Main roads, £l2lß, ordinary roads £534; subsidy on rates, £250; dog tax, £SO; royalty on sand, £o; rents, £2G; traffic levy, £lO- - £ls; total, £2IOB. Less share administration expenses, £176. Balance available for expenditure, £1932.
