Th>' Meteorological Department published the following summary at •> p.m. to-day :-Summary-The barometer rose everywhere on Sunday morning, with moderate to strong southerly and westerly winds, but modified in force by another change now developing, and for which the winds have now changed to northerly. In most parts of the country the'weather has been very changeable. Forecast—Present indications are for increasing northerly winds, cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain following generally, and the barometer falling everywhere soon.
