MASTER BUTCHERS' OPINION. KNACKER SALES. Sydney, August 31. Giving evidence before the Food Commission, the president of the Master Butchers' Association gave evidence. The Ilomebush sales, which were described as fat stock sales, were knacker sales instead. More tlian 50 per cent, of the meat killed was unfit to be killed, while at Glebe Island it was evidently considered that what was fit for a dog was fit for human consumption. Perth, August 31.
