The Daily Mail's Rome correspondent reports that there is every prospect of official pourparlers taking place on the Tripolitau trouble. Turkey has renounced the suzerainty of Tripoli, and the questions that remain for settlement include the indemnity, the capitulations, Customs, and the disposal of tli» Aegan Islands. The correspondent adds tliat unless the official pourparlers are quickly commenced, Italy will reopen an energetic campaign in the Aegean Sea
