Mr. C. E. Corfe lias been transferred from Feilding to the staff of the local branch of the Bank of Kew South Wales, taking the place of Mr. Brodriek, who has been relieving for some time past. At Eltham yesterday, Mr. C. A. Wilkinson was .presented by Ihis employees, as a token of the good "will that existed between themselves and him, with a roll-top ofliee desk and Jo'hnHon chair to mark his return from Canada and the United States. A unanimous invitation was telegraphed on Thursday to Rev. F. 11. Radford, of Mosgiel, to sneered the Rov. A. S._ Wilson as pastor of the Wanganui Baptist Church. Mr? Radford wired his acceptance yesterday. The outgoing and incoming ministers were fellow workers for ten years in Western Australia.
