, A SUICIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. At the inquest on Charles Suteliffe, land agent, Pajmerston North, who died yesterday from taking corrosive sublimate tabloids, a verdict was returned of death from s-.icide while temproari of death from suicide while temporarily insane. The evidence went to show that deceased left his home at 8.30 in the morning for his office and was picked up by a cab in the outskirts of the town and taken home, where lie was immediately put to bed by his wife, who obtained medical help. The doctor discovered that deceased had taken poison and learned that he had swallowed twelve tabloids of the poison named. He died soon afterwards. He had been despondent lately, partly from the result of an accident to his leg and partly because he feared that be was going into consumption.
