Germany has asked France that the forthcoming Franco-Spanish treaty should fix the Spanish and French portions of the Moroccan Customs duties. Moreover, as a guarantee of the equal treatment of her commerce. German? should claim the right of inspection a's regards Customs administration. London, August 29. The Times' Paris correspondent says that one of the chief delays in framing the Franco-Spanish treaty is due to questions arising out of tlie methods of collecting Customs in the French and Spanish zones. y
