JN pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1008, and its Amendments, I, WILLIAM JOHN TRISTRAM, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Egmont, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 2Cth day of August, 1912, under hand of the Clerk of Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 7th day of September, 1912; and that the poll, if necessary, will be .taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the 17th day of September, 1812. Every man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, iby a nomination-paper as prescribed by section 105 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on the seventh day of September, 1912.
