A NATIONALIST PARTY. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Pekin, August 26. Dr. fiun-Yat-Sen has inaugurated an amalgamation of the Tungminhui and four other parties. The new party will be called Kuomingtcng, or Nationalists. It comprises two-thirds of the advisory council, and is pledged to a policy of absolute party government. It has also adopted Dr. Sun-Y'at-Sen's proposal to construct a network of railways within ten vears.
