EXPENDITURE AT WA RATA 11. By Cable—Pres* Association—Copyright. Received 2(i, !),30 p.m. Sydney, August 26. It is reported that during the- coming year a million pounds will be expended in the establishment of steel works at Port Waratah. A total of upwards of three millions will be expended during the next five years.
