THE DUTCH NAVY.
THE SHIPBUILDING PROGRAMME. By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright London, August 22. The Pall Mall Gazette, commenting on Holland's reported intention to order in England four 17,000-ton Dreadnoughts, armed with 32 heavy Krupp guns, remarks: ".ft will be a miserable fiasco if the shipyards are crowded with foreign orders, preventing the Canadian and Australian ships being laid down. The Germans l would be content if the building of the Dutch ships delayed British construction, while the Dutch guns are of German design and use the same projectiles as those used by Germany."
