• SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, La«t Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and forecast at 5 p.m.:—Summary—Fair -weather has prevailed except on the West Coast southward of Cape Egmont and in the southernmost districts, where the weather has been unsettled and showery at times. The barometer has been unready, but continued high with moderate and variable winds. Forecast.— Present indications are for fair to cloudy weather generally, with increasing haze and humidity shortly, for a low pressure area is due to pass in the «oath about Sunday. The winds will probably freshen from the northward »fter about twenty hours, and the glass fall everywhere.
