In London Mj.ss .Margaret Cooper i> film oils for her dresses which she wears at the fashionable Palace Theatre, and the fashions set by her often become the vogue. 1)1 New Plymouth on Friday evening she will be seen in some very dainty evening dresses. During her brief but highly successful season in Wellington Miss Cooper was twice the guest of the Governor and Lady Islington, and for both changes of programme the Government party were present. In Sydney, Miss Cooper, who is an intimate friend of Lady Denman, .spent much of her leisure at Government House. To show her round the harbor. Lord Xeville arranged a party on the Government launch.

The Vice-Regal party were regular visitors to all changes of programme.
