further rebel outbreak. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Received 22, 12.35 a.m. New York, August 21. Xeports from Douglass, Arizona, state that the Mexican rebels have renewed activity. A large force attacked the town of Montezuma. The Federal defenders repulsed them with heavv losses on both sides. The rebels' were reinforced and a regular siege begun. Bands of rebels in the Oaxara district arc looting in all directions.
