Description Act, providing that butter companies should have exported butter j graded and smirked by the Customs Department, was ultra vires. The plaintills, the Woodstock Dairy Companv, claimed that-its own marks were sufficient and. the Customs grading and marking 'were illegal and v. .mid have a prejudicial effect on the sale of the, butter.
