MONTHLY MEETING. The Land Board mot yesterday, the Crown Lands Commissioner (Mr Bullard) presiding. Members present were: Messrs McCluggagc, Hcslop, Rattenbury and Ryan. TRANSFERS. Miskelly of part section 42, block 11, Ngaere, was approved, subject to usual conditions as to suitability of the land for subdivision. SUB-LEASES. Sub-leases were dealt with a3 follows: —H. P.
