Graham and Crawley were charged with having a bogus marriage, in an underground room at Seaford', by marrying Evangeline Healey to F, Bannering. Crawley, passing as a clergyman, read the service, antl Graham as a solicitor. They secured signatures to two promissory notes for twenty pounds apiece, pretending they were certificates.
